Validating Your Tears (I'm Sorry)
But what you don't know is that I am frustrated that I can't write a poem about the thorns growing on my veins or icebergs rooting in my heart. I can't write about the void in me when he no longer plays me Beethoven's music or sings me out of tune songs.
Because there is none. I didn't feel anything when he left.
Truth is, I want to feel crushed and heart broken, because at least sadness could prove that I did love him and that what he said about me never loving him is wrong.

(Nalu) Story time ?chapter 1
So here it is my very first Fairy tail fic ever! I have always wanted to do one but was nervous on the approach, afraid that my writing style might not be enough for Natsu or Lucy.
So I have seen many different fics with the idea of Lucy telling people a story in a medieval setting. So I took that idea and made my own spin to it. Hopefully you like this.
Please give me feedback!

If Natsu Dragoneel could sum up Lucy Heartifilla in two words he would probably say loud and weird.
Because before she came along nobody had ever effected him so much before. Her smile was
You know there are some times where you will keep some miscellaneous in your drawer when you know you wouldn't use them again, but still, they are precious to you? You are like that.
See, I wouldn't appreciate you lingering with me, because I knew I'll only cry when you were here, I knew I'll only made you upset; I knew we had to break our promise.
But you are as though the key to my old apartment. I wouldn't use it again, yet I'll still keep the bronze rusty key in my drawer by my bed, maybe to reminisce, or just for a slight possibility I'll go back again, I don't know, but I know I want to keep your memories perfect.
You are the piano k

An extension of How not to Write Love Interests
“Faith, in the sense in which I am here using the word, is the art of holding on to things your reason has once accepted, in spite of your changing moods.” - C.S Lewis
This quote is about faith not love, but you can see how the same logic applies. If faith is not merely to "feel" as if you believe something, why should love be merely to "feel" that you like something?
In the end, faith is remembering you have reason to believe, and love is a choice about how you treat someone. Feelings are irrelevant. They are passing. They are constantly changing, and that's natural. They can indeed play a role in our decisions about relationsh
Imagine . . . a world where we could all be this fat and happy! Where everyone could be satisfied and comfortable just letting it all hang out. All our love and all our creativity would be fostered and would bloom.
No one would have any desire to fight or be better than anyone else. A place full of curiosity and wonder. Where we wouldn't have anything to worry about, no prejudice, no hunger, no unmet need or desire.
I picture a heaven on earth. A place where we could all be comfortable enough with who we are that we wouldn't let anyone put us down. Where no one would want to put us down. A place where we could enjoy life to the fullest!

UPDATE: READ THE NEW EXTENSION TO THIS POST. LINK IN DESCRIPTION!
Despite the few who haven't caught on yet and still believe that "kids hate reading," we all know that these days, reading is popular.
"I'm just like Belle from Beauty in the Beast, because I love books," teenage girls are saying, while teens of both genders are sitting down to enjoy things like Percy Jackson, Harry Potter, Hunger Games, Eragon, Lord of the Rings and other more obscure titles.
This is just what we've been hoping for, isn't it? Kids and teens finally taking an interest in literature. It has finally become cool. They're thinking of themselves as rebels or nerd
It’s that feeling you get when you hear an old favorite song; the song that stops the world from spinning twice as fast; the song that makes you sit back and close your eyes and feel safe, feel comforted, feel nothing but the familiar beat.
Like the song, you take me to a time and place when I didn’t feel pain or panic. I can’t remember when or where, it’s been so long, but I slightly recognize the sensation. Your hand on mine filled me with a kind of warmth that could kill the deepest of chills.
I could have fallen asleep from your soothing touch. Your fingertips on my skin gifted me with the belie

Never Let Him Look South West
The distance between Dublin and Boston is approximately 3000 miles. You told me this when you were staring south west with the kind of madness I have only seen in sailor’s eyes when they lived in lighthouses too small for their giant ship dreams. It should have worried me, that glint in your eyes. I just dismissed it as one of your navigational tantrums.
When we went to the pub later that evening, you told me I should have the fish and chips, but the way you like it, with more vinegar and no tartar sauce. I said that made it too salty, and you told me that was how real sailors ate their fish. My reactions always were slow to your behav

The Most Wonderful Things
Sometimes you look up at the sky and think, just think, like something in the stars or that great blue open sky councells you, and you ask questions, discovering. Thoughts come seeping out of your brain like a faucet turned full force. Worlds and people flash through your vision that you swear you've never seen before, but have created first hand. The writer stares through open windows not of boredom, but of deep thought, his or her mind creates an entire universe, an infinite playground of twice infinite wonders and adventures that only they can enjoy, until they use those ideas, they use the ink in their very veins, pumping through their he

Memoir Attempt with commentary
Dear Diary Umm How should I start this journal thing? What should I call it? Uh damn it. Forget it. I'll just write.
Today is just another day. The only notable events are my decision to attempt a memoir-and my maybe soul mate possibly Instant Messaging with me tonight. Talk about a boring Friday. I don't have the slightest clue how to go about telling my life's story. Heck. I don't even know if it will have any purpose other than excavation. So many of my memories are behind locked doors. I'm almost afraid of unearthing something that will destroy me. Still, I'm game. I've got nothing better to do this weekend anyways.
